Worried there could be something going on that I need to know.

i am experiencing numbest on the left side of my face and behind my head on the left side. i have dizzy spells from time to time, and my blood pressure rose to 141/101 yesterday after being out in the heat for several hours. This combination of numbest, dizziness, and high blood pressure...
