I have ESRD,and recently my right ankle is swollen. I am on Lisinopril, Antenol. Should I worry?

I am also Diabetic with uncontrolled glucose numbers.

I have tried to excercise on a treadmuill that I purchased, yet when I walk, my heal hurts for weeks.
