Friday, August 06, 2010 norma asks

Q: had positive stress test angiogram showed no blockage but was told my blood was too thick

that when it was passing through the large arteries into smaller vessels in heart

it caused too much pressure thus causing high b/p and chest pains shortness of breath wasnt put on blood thinners except aspirin 81 mg changed my b/p meds added norvasc  was told i didnt have to worry about heart attack  what can i expect

Hi Norma,

 

I recommend quizzing your physician further to learn your options for promoting thinner blood through diet/lifestyle changes. For example, you may benefit from omega 3's.
