  Poppa12345,   Thanks for your question.  It is very difficult to give you an accurate answer to this question.  Much more information is needed.  Given your history of heart problems and high blood pressure, I suggest you make an appointment to see your physician for an evaluation of your complaints.  He will take your history and examine you, after which he will have a better idea of what's going on and what is the best approach.  Further testing may be required.    Please review this website for more information about high blood pressure, as well as our section on heart disease.  This information will be useful for you visit with you doctor.   Best wishes.   Martin Cane, M.D.
