I go to my doctor for my thyroid, & he is always worried about my hair thinning, he just recently put me on 50 mg. of aldactone in hopes that my hair will eventually get thicker....have you ever heard of taking this medicine for hair loss?

I guess it worries me that it is usually prescribed for high blood pressure & Congestive heart failure &i don't have either of those problems.

Thanks, Tammy
