Q: Hearing loss from a brain stem stroke

My sister had a brain stem stroke 3 years ago.

She had a bit of numbness on one side of face felt sick and a bit dizzy.

She lost her hearing only left with 30% in one ear and total in the other ear. She has very loud ringing and other noises in her ears.

Loss of balance, when docs are doing eye test with pencel her eyes jump back and forth, she has loss of smell and taste.

This has been devestating to her and us.

My question is has anybody heard of all this with a Brain Stem Stroke and can anything be done to help or cure any of this?
