Q: I have a 7 years old boy who has got a BP of 125/80,30 min before his vaccination for two times.

Does he know he is about to get a vaccine? It may be a little elevated because he is nervous. What has his doctor said? Try taking it at other times - at home, on visits where he won't be getting a shot, etc and see what it is then.
