Q: just had my blood pressure taken and was 160 over 70 but normally is 130 over 70 is it safe to go weight training ?

Hi Tom,

 

It's normal for blood pressure to fluctuate throughout the day. Depending on your health history it would be best to consult your physician to determine what is a safe blood pressure for you in regards to lifting weights.
