Hello Abdul-Karim Shalbans,

I'm guessing that this kidney disease you speak of is called minimal change disease, a type of nephrotic syndrome.  Usually with some steriods and/or ACE inhibitors, this disease lets up without any lasting problems.  This disease occurs without a definite cause, though can be associated with food allergies and medications among other reasons.

To answer your question, however, the average blood pressure for a young child is much lower than an adult; about 85/45-95/50.

Hope this helps,
Neil MD
