Topics:Low Pulse Rate

HiI am a IgA Nephophathy Kidney  stage-4 patient(Male-29) taking Metoprolol, Fosinopril, Sodium bicarb, Nifedipine tablets. Very recently my pulse is going down steadily and currently am having 42. Could any suggest if this is related to potassium levels? Is it a common symptom with these medications? What precautions should I take? Please advice...thanks in advace.
