The safest option would be to squeeze a little fresh lemon juice directly into your glass of water to ensure there are no additives.
However, I realize that is not always convenient. Here's a couple tips for selecting flavored water:
1. Make sure the label says zero calories.
2. Select clear water (no need for food coloring)
3. Choose caffeine free and noncarbonated optoins.
