i am 28 years old been married for 8 years and lov life i have been on pills one is nexium 25mg for gerd.....lisinopril 20mg for b.p is good right now.....atenolol 10mg for fast pulse which has helped....zoloft 100mg for nerves...can i live a long life taking these meds just wondering

Hi Kevin,
Yes, follow your doctors instructions regarding the medication. There is nothing wrong with seeking a second opinion to ensure the prescribed treatment plan is right for you. Also, discuss with your doctor your concerns. All medications come with side effects and there is no reason you can't make some diet/lifestyle changes to reduce your need for medication.
Work with your doctor to monitor your progress and wean off medications as appropriate. The less you need to rely on medications now the better off your health will be years down the road.
