Q: blood pressure changes

I am a male aged 42. At 40 I began seeing a doctor to be treated for high blood pressure. My reading was 239/220 and pulse rate of 120 when I started and it had been this high all my adult life. I weighed in at 365 and am now down to 280. I am on lisinopril and celexa and it has dropped to 120/65. Last night I was dizzy to the point of falling to the floor. I checked my b/p and I was 136/60 and pulse was 50. My blood work shows no sign of diabeties and after my last exam, my heart was said to sound fantastic. Is my body trying to regulate itself to a lower blood level, I feel no ill effects today and I feel as though I could bench press a Buick. Can anyone tell me why I may have felt this way?
