Q: potassium enriched foods

what are some potassium enriched foods I can eat everyday. Don't like bananas or o.j.

Hi Marie,

 

Potassium is found in many fruits and vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, tomatoes, apricots, potatoes, bananas, oranges, beans, and cantaloupe, as well as yogurt.  A majority of salt substitutes contain high levels of potassium.
