Can you help with a new combo of meds for my high blood pressure.  It only goes up while I'm at work.

My bp had good readings when taking Ziac.  BP went up tremendouly when  I started taking thyroid (levothyroxide). Ziac was doubled & didn't help. Lisinopril was added & bp went too low along with my heart rate.  Dropped Ziac & added atenolol & heart rate was still too low plus hair loss.  Changed to 40 lisinopril with hctz & caused coughing/choking on food plus this combo wasn't give me low bp readings. Recently changed to 100 mg Cogaar-causing finger tingling & tiredness & my bp are around 140/88. Changed to Hyzaar-now causing fast heart beat.  Can you suggest other recommendations.
