Q: BP 'spikes' to 166/90 @ night, fine most of day

usually after I am in bed for an hour)

The rest of the day it is 124/75. Why ?, anything I can do to stop peaks??

I wake up with this pain in my neck. It goes away when the BP drops back to normal. (right side of neck)

Hi Highatnight,

One possible cause may be sleep apnea. I recommend discussing your elevated night time blood pressure with your physician to determine cause and appropriate treatment.
