occasionally get sore knee or back discomfort. Using tylenol arthritis strength does nothing to bring down the inflamation . I also take micardis and lipitor. Can I safely use ibuprophen for a few days if necessary while I am taking these other meds? I wouldn't need it for more than 3-4 days ,but I know there can be problems with it when taking a baby apsirin regimen.
