Hi Jena, The goal blood pressure for most people is less then 120/80, although anything less then 140/90 usually does not require therapy with medication. Your blood pressure of 122/60 is good and shouldn't cause you to worry! Your blood pressure maybe actually even be a little lower then that if you hadn't been sitting for at least 5 minutes prior to taking the reading, if you had to go to the bathroom, or if you had smoked or drank caffeine within the past hour of taking your pressure.
