Hello Agnes Gale,

Symptoms like yours are concerning for coronary artery disease, those arteries that supply the heart.  Without knowing more about your history, it's impossible to give a wider differential diagnosis.  You should make an appointment soon with your physician to discuss these symptoms.  Be certain to your physician how long you've felt this symptoms, and all of your other medical problems.  He will likely to blood tests, a chest xray, an electrocardiogram, stress tests, or possibly a cardiac catheterization to help determine the cause of your symptoms.

To your health,

Neil MD
