Q: 50yrs old, lower back pain, swelling under the collar bone rite side, both ankle have pain, itchy rash on one ankle, frequent hart burn and urination, musty taste when sneez, blury vision, yellowing in eye.??

The pain in my ankles started a year ago when I felt a snap in first one the in the other a week later when going up the stairs. this was followed by a bump on both to the inside of the foot between the ankle and the bottom of my foot. I have developed a red spot on my rite ankle that is very itchy and has been there for over a month now. It seems that I have some swelling below my rite breast close to my serplex. My urination is weak and freaquent. I have high blood pressure150/85. I have to switch sides I sleep on and sit up freaquently through out the nite from a feeling of hart burn or pain in the asophogus. Sometimes my voice becomes horse and sometimes I loose my voice when talking. I am 6' and weigh 235 and my stomach looks bloated. The pain in my ankles is getting worse and I can not walk for long distances or jog like I used to. Please give me your opinion and recomedation of what you think my problems may be and what I can do.
