Can Aldactone, Lisinoprol and Atenolol be together to control high blood pressure?

I ask about Aldactone as a diuretic in combination with Atenolol and Lisinopril because I am having great difficulty with ACTH as my present diuretic.   Severe feet, leg, hand and arm spasm and weakness are making it difficult to function on ACTH, Lisinopril and Atenolol.   Thank...
