I take wellbutrin, propranolol and amitriptyline for migraines and I have gained 30 lbs in the last six months. I am exhausted all the time and never hungry. Can those three medications cause the extreme weight gain, the fatigue, and the loss of appetite? Also they found a 1 cm mass on my thyroid. Could that be the problem?
The medications and thyroid mass can all be contributing factors to your symptoms. I would visit with your doctor more on what you can do to help you feel better and help alleviate some of these symptoms. It must be discouraging to not be hungry and to gain weight like that. I hope you find some answers soon!

Thanks for the info. I spoke with my dr about all my symptoms and he said there isn't really anything we can do to help. Should I seek a second opinion about this?
