I am 30 yrs old and for the past 3 weeks my blood pressure has been 90/60, 89/58, 106/70 or 96/58

I had vertigo prior to my blood pressure drop and I also have degeneration in my cervical spine. I wanted to know if all this can affect my blood pressure. I was also slightly anemic. My blood level is 11.3 from my last checkup. I can tell when my blood pressure drops. I feel light...
