Q: My blood pressure is 150/100 and my normal pulse is about 120.

Im 33 years old and im feeling tired all the time. My blood pressure is always high and so is my pulse. Im on blood pressure medication (alot) and I was wondering why when My heart is beating really fast I can feel my heart squeez with a slight pinching feeling. I know it is my heart because it is in sink with my heart beat.
