Q: Does Lipton tea without milk cause high blood presses?

Does Lipton tea without milk cause high blood presses? I am the HBP paitent. I consume 1 big cup of lipton tea without milk to avoid sleep and keep fresh for the work.Kind request from expert to know, is it ok if a drink lipton tea without milk a big cup.
