I am a 28 year old male and was diagnosed with high blood pressure over a month ago.

My blood pressure was spiking as high as 210/105 and no lower than 140/87. Before going on medication I was asked to take the average of 12 readings taken over 3 days and that was 176/89. My dr placed me on an 80mg dose of Micardis (Telmisartan) and a few days later once blood work came...
