You are using Atacand (candesartan) for your blood pressure and sometimes find it high in the mornings.  Atacand is taken once a day.  If you are taking the medication in the morning and find it a little high the next morning it may be due to the fact the medication effects are wearing off slightly too early.  You say that you check later and it is lower again, but that may be caused by the normal variation in blood pressure during the day.  Clarify these issues with your doctor.
