Why would I have blood pressure of 197/110 and then 2 minutes later read 166/90?

    Hi Jo2,

There are many reasons blood pressure will fluctuate, such as if you are a tense for the first reading expecting it to be higher and then more relaxed two minutes later.  I recommend discussing with your physician.
