Q: my blood pressure

my blood pressure changes from minute to minute.  why does my pressure go up and down in minutes.  I'm supposed to have high blood pressure

Hi Alice,

 

It is normal for blood pressure to fluctuate throughout the day. Reasons for normal blood pressure fluctuation can include level of activity, physical or mental stress, diet and sleep pattern. I recommend discussing your blood pressure fluctuation with your physician.

I discuss with my doctor and my blood pressure medication was changed several times, dr say take hydrothizine and then don't tak hydrothizine.  I don't know what to do. help!
