on aug 28th i had anterior discetomy and fusion regarding the my c5 c6. I have had migraines ib the past and always go to the e.r. my question is what are the strongets preventitive, abort pills or nasal and a recue of something tha will definatley get rid of the migrains. i have had 3 surgeries and a bad car accident(me and were waiting at a red light.) i dont have that many excersises i can do but my migraines are already attacting the small things i feel comfortable dooing...I also have a huge tolerance to any head/body changing due to the fact i keep getting hurt or having surgeries and im very adamant about not using pain meds a few mobths ago...the only medication that has helped me in th E.R was Demeral and Dilaudid only for worst case scenarious...I'm extremly aware of what i put in my body.im hoping i wont need these meds for my migraines after my neck brace comes...please help and a few optiond you may know about preventitve, abort and rescue medicine. I have missed out so much in life and it really is becoming a pain in th you know what.another bad i have going on is that i have built up preaty big tolerance. I also have osteo arthritus surrondind my spine but will not take any controlled substances. please get back to as soon as u can i have an appt with my pain specialist and it would be great to him evidence of how extensive my issues are...one good think is that im going to ask if i can titrate the meds for my back so im excited about that...anything you can recommend would make me so happy...i know i might need strong meds at first but im glad im getting off all these other meds..truly thanks for your help...This reallycould improve my quality of life forever (God works in mysterious ways)
