Trying to wean off Toporal XL

My Mother has been on Toporal XL for the last 2 years. She has been really tired all the time, has been weight lose and not her self. She has cut back from 50mg to 25 mg and she is feeling much better and back to her self. She is scared though to just "cold turkey" it. She has cut her dose...
