I was taking Enalapril by Mylan and felt fine, but since I started on the one by Wockhardt this week, I have headaches and my B/P doesn't seem to be coming down.

Hi Nancy,
I'm not aware of issues with the Wockhardt version of Enalapril. Your pharmacist would be a good resource to answer your question. It's possible the formulation of enalapril is slightly different between manufacturers. I recommend discussing with your physician.
