Q: can i take twice daily 40mg of mecardis? because everytime i take my blood pressure before going to bed i took 140/90 which is above normal.im 33 years old

Hi Jun,

 

I recommend consulting with your physician before taking your medication twice. Your physician will be able to adjust your medication to better control your blood pressure levels.
