50 yr old with arterial fib, pulse of 50-60, feel yucky! but no one seems to be concerned

I've been under cardio care for about 5 yrs for arterial fib. taking sotalol and digoxin to keep that in check. still goes out of rythem but for shorter time periods. however my pulse keeps dropping to around 50 and makes me feel terrible; short of breath, dizzy, roller...
