I have per. edema in both legs and feet. my skin is very tight and hard.

The Doctor has ran alot of test did a dvt and it came out normal. This has been going on since june. they have not gotten better. my skin feels very tight and hard. there is a rash that looks like blisters on both les and very itchy. some of the blisters have broken and fluid leaks out. I can't...
