Q: under certain stress conditions i feel like fainting and my blood pressure decreases.

well i am a 21 year old female,i have had this problem from around 6 years.it now increaased wiith timei don't know what is the medical word for it,and i don't it's sufficient treatment.this is my problem:under certain stress conditions or when i fear or feel pain my blood presure declines and i feel like fainting, sometimes it happens to me when i just think that it might happen.p.s. in .order for me not to faint under that condition i sit on the floor and lift my legs up on the wall.is this neurally mediated hypotension?thank you for your help
