Hello Veronica Morales,

You are giving me numbers from the complete blood count, or CBC.  This is a lab test that is used to look at your blood cells.

I am guessing that you are concerned about these particular numbers because they are highlighted in some fashion on your lasted lab work.

The first two you listed are fairly obscure values that can help doctors determine different things about blood in special circumstances.  That have little value in everday life.

The third value, hgb, is that of hemeglobin.  This is the substance in your red blood cells that carries oxygen.  Your hemeglobin is normal(or very close to normal), and not therefore not something to worry about.

As always, be sure to follow up any blood test you get with your own doctor!

To your health,

Neil MD
