Q: yesterday my BP was 149/104 I take propranolol & lizinopril everyday My pulse was 89 I felt very lightheaded but otherwise fine. Today had a bloody nose unexpectely and my right eye feels cold & pain

I'm 46, yesterday my BP was 149/104 and my pulse 89. I take propranolol & lizinopril everyday. I felt very lightheaded but otherwise fine. Today had a bloody nose unexpectedly and my right eye feels cold & some pain. Is this something serious enough to go to the ER? I never have bloody nose, I can't remember when was the last time. My feet are very swollen for the past few weeks, and I have gain a huge amount of weight in just a few months witout any changes in my diet at all, abut 69 lbs. since december!
