Maryann, Sorry this not an answer, but rather a request. I'm having the same problem, and would greatly appreciate you sharing any information you receive regarding your question. I take medication for high B/P, but am having increased elevations of 189/96 and a pulse rate of 52, on a regular basis. Getting a little concerned. Thanks orman60473
