Hello Davis Van Selus,

Yes, in the combination pill you listed consists of  linsinopril 20mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg.

Combination pills are designed to help with medication compliance and ease of use; the theory is that one pill is easier to take than two.  They can be significantly more expensive than the individual pills on their own.  The combination pill does not work "better" than the two pills taken together.

Hope this helps.

To your health,

Neil MD

I am taking 40 MG of Lisinopril and 25MG of Hydrochlorothiazide, and having severe dizzyness, imbalance, dryness of the mouth, tired all the time and in general feeling lousy with blood pressure at times running in the 114 to 116 over 46 to 49 ( 116 / 46 ) Dr say it is due to ear infections, ear Dr says no infection but he would guess I am over medicated. What do you suggest I should do? Currently I stopped all Blood Pressure medicine and am feeling lots better but worry since I have been on Blood Pressure for about 50 years and am very confused now if it nessesary or not.
