Can someone please tell me which high blood pressure pill does NOT cause hair loss?

Actually, it is not common for antihypertensives (blood pressure pills) to result in hair loss.  The blood pressure medicationone that has been linked most commonly is captopril.  Two blood pressure medications are actually used for hair regrowth- minoxidil and spironolactone.  Check with your doctor as to the probable cause of the hair loss, as it may not be related to your medication.
