Q: Help! I have symptoms only at night..it changes and I'm unsure of anything at the moment and scared

I'm 24 now, I was discharged in from the military at 165lbs with a medical condition, Vasavagol Syncope.. fancy words for fainting due to stress and low intake of electrolytes. I came home last year on the 24th of April, had a bad break up with an ex, depression then found myself eating without any particular diet. My weight now is 216. And I admit I did let myself go...but found an amazing girl and willing to change my life around for myself and her. I havent had any symptoms of fainting at all since i've been home. In fact I felt fine until a few nights ago. My parents were watching a movie (Underworld rise of the lycans) I've seen it before..and all the action of the film I thought may have excited me..or what I felt was my heart abnormally beating fast. Took my blood pressure checked to 153/89 .. the rate I originally have is about 115-120/79-93 ... I wasn't sure what I was feeling and had my mother drive me to the ER. They checked me out took a blood test and didn't say much other than a follow up. Almost as if they werent really concerned with the matter. So.. I checkout that night, head home almost 1am. End up sleeping fine because I was so tired. Got up did my normal ruitine, went to work..till 5pm then later on about 9:30-10pm while watching my girlfriend play Siltent Hill on 360. My left arm started tingling and with that my chest feeling as if my heart was fluttering every other 5 beats or so.. fluttering so differently that i could feel it in my throat or lower esophagus area. I stayed awake with her and she watched me as I slept just in case. Woke up the next morning feeling weird again. Heart was still fluttering and grabbed the scope to listen to my heart.. from what it sounded to me was kind of like this: thump...thump...thump...thump...thumpthumpthumpthump...thump...thump...thump...thumpthumpthump and so on.. we decide to go for a walk on my day off today..along slow paced walk enough to keep the heart rate up. we get to our destination and check it.. i'm at 137/89.. I get home and I feel fine.. it's about 9pm and I start feeling funny again. No more fluttering this time..it's nothing in the chest..just my left hand and particularly the two middle fingers between my pinky and pointer.. it was in pain..almost felt like I could crack them. On top of that I was researching on the computer and looked over to my girlfriend cuz my phone rang and felt extremely dizzy.. I thought maybe i was hungry took a little bite to eat..salad of course. Came back up here and just want to know if anyone knows what this all means? Am I in danger of something fatal or life threatening or just need to gain my diet back and look for a clinic who can check up on me everyonce and a while.

Please someone write back to me...I'm scared to eat, even sleep. Ev-

I would suggest you to go to your physician and get your heart checked out - do ECG and ultrasound to see if everything is fine. Avoid stressful situations, get your diet on track, sleep at least 8 hours a day. But anyway see your physician.
