Q: Variation in BP checks by medical staff and at home

Recently I had an Life Assurance medical and the BP was 160/83 pulse 51.  At home I meansured it and it was 123/80 pulse 52.  Just returned from the GP Practice where the nurse's test was again 160/90.  Is this White Coat syndrome?
