Q: 50 beats per minute normal?

what can cause my pause to be at 50 beats per minute

Hi Philip,

 

The better your physical condition the better/lower your heart rate - usually.  The typical adult heart rate is around 70 beats per minute; however, heart rate can range between 50-100 beats per minute and still be normal.  Depends on the individual.  I recommend consulting with your physician to decide if 50 beats per minute is too low for you and appropriate treatment.
