Q: What is your opinion of the resperate bio feedback device

Tenrec,
I ordered one and returned it. My normal breathing rate is much lower than the preset default and already at or below their target goal. I could do as much with a stop watch. Perhaps that is where you should start by timing your normal breathing rate and if it is elevated, maybe the device would help.
