Hi Anabelle Palmer:

If you have noticed changes with your heart, i.e. heart pounding, mild chest pain, etc... you need to be evaluated by a physician. Anything related to symptoms of your heart need to be taken seriously.  If something serious is going, the earlier it is found the better. And if it is something not so serious, atleast, you can find out what it is and have it treated before it becomes serious. I tell anyone that has concerns/changes in heart symptoms the only way to get an answer is to get be assessed by a physician.  The doctor on assessment can determine if you need further tests ran.

Take care,

Tara
