I just mesured my blood Pressure, itis 123/80 got a little worried because my pulse reading is 103

Hi Lilia,

 

A standard heart rate for an adult is ~70 beats per minute, but anywhere between 50-100 beats per minute can be normal.  Typically the more fit you are the lower your heart rate.  Getting more physical activity will improve heart health and promote a lower heart rate.  I recommend you discuss with your physician to determine if there are other steps you need to take.
