Why is my B/P around 18 points higher in my left arm than my right?

I am a 30yr old female and I take Ziac 2.5mg every day or at least every other day. If I loss enough weight I don't have to take it every day or at all. The last several times I have checked my blood pressure it is around 125/79 in my left arm and 107/77 in the right arm. I sleep...
