I'm a borderline hypertension patient is not on medicattion yet. Mr Bp is 130/90 do i need medicati

I am a lady at the aged of 37 yaers old. Recently, I was told by my doctor that I am a borderline hypertension patient. Mt BP is around 130/90.  Shall I start to traet or any other way to reduce my BP?

Thanks for your question.  There are many treatments you can do to help control and even reduce your HBP.  Check out our materials on certain lifestyle changes such as exercising at least 30 minutes per day.  As well, maintaining a healthy diet low in sodium (the DASH diet) is another way to keep BP down.
