Q: went to donate blood and was told my heart rate was 40, but my BP was 130/90. What would cause my heart rate to be so low? I weigh approx 175. and I am 5 foot tall

I have been eating alot of oranges and tangerines lately, so could the low heart rate be caused from an electrolyte imbalance? How do I check whether my electrolytes are too high or too low?
